Eksho = 100. Teens: egaro (11), baro (12), etc. Tens: tiris (30), cholish (40), ponchash (50).
Counting with Classifiers: -ta, -jon, -khana
Classifiers follow the number. -ta for general objects: ek ta, dui ta, tin ta. -jon for people: ek jon, dui jon. -khana for houses/rooms: ek khana, tin khana. Ek ta boi (one book), dui jon lok (two people).
Cardinal and Ordinal Numbers
Cardinals: ek, dui, tin. Ordinals: prothom (first), duitiyo (second), tritiyo (third), chourttho (fourth). Prothom din (first day), duitiyo bochor (second year).
Basic Arithmetic Expressions
Tin plus dui paanch (3 + 2 = 5). Paanch minus dui tin (5 - 2 = 3). Dui gun tin chhoy (2 × 3 = 6). Chhoy bhaag dui tin (6 ÷ 2 = 3).
